Media giant Rupert Murdoch has said that some of the presenters of Fox News, which he owns in New York, made false claims about the 2020 US presidential election. However, he did not support former President Donald Trump’s claim that there were widespread irregularities in the election. Murdoch’s statement was recorded as part of a defamation lawsuit filed by ballot technology company Dominion Voting Systems.
