MADRID, 30 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
France and Australia have announced an agreement to jointly supply Ukraine with 155mm artillery shells to supply Ukrainian howitzers.
“France and Australia have expressed their common commitment to Ukraine’s security and their decision to continue supporting Ukraine,” the two countries said in a joint statement.
“The ministers have announced their intention to provide support to Ukraine also with the supply of 155-mm ammunition” given kyiv’s “urgent need” for this type of projectile.
France and Australia have also highlighted their “unequivocal condemnation of Russia’s illegal, immoral and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine” and have demanded the “immediate withdrawal” of Russian forces.
