In France, influencers are increasingly in the sights of justice. Some are accused of deceptive commercial practices and promote products whose use is sometimes dangerous or prohibited. The latest example concerns Poupette Kenza, the most followed French influencer on the Snapchat social network, who has been fined 50,000 euros.
