France Travail, the reform that should lead to full employment

DECRYPTION – The executive sets itself until December 15 to imagine better coordination between the actors of professional integration. A legislative text is planned for mid-2023.

The kick-off of the France Travail project has now been given. A week after the announcement of the launch of a prefiguration mission for this future armed wing of professional integration, Olivier Dussopt, the Minister of Labour, and Thibaut Guilluy, the High Commissioner for Employment and Commitment of companies, recorded the start of work by means of a trip to the Lyon metropolitan area on Thursday.

The two men must also receive this Friday all the major players in this file to draw, in consultation, the structure which will make it possible to achieve full employment in 2027. The idea is to build an operator which will be able to erase all the current administrative burdens while improving the cohesion of the actors.

Cooperation

Will thus be around the Pôle emploi table, the local missions, the Association for the employment of executives (Apec), but also the local authorities such as the regions or the departments or the social partners.
