AIA Plus Invites Mothers to Free Health Checkups and Activities on “Mother’s Health Day”
Phyathai 2 Hospital and AIA Plus have partnered to offer free health check-ups for mothers as part of the “Mother’s Health Day” event. The event will take place from 7th to 9th August 2023, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm at Starbucks, Building B, 1st floor, Phyathai 2 Hospital. AIA Plus will provide a 15-item check-up program worth over 7,000 baht per person to the first 150 mothers aged 50 and over, in celebration of Mother’s Day 2023.
The initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of mothers’ health and promote better health and wellbeing among Thai people. AIA Plus believes in providing “Healthier, Longer, Better Lives” for all.
Ms. Rapeeporn Wongthongkam, Director of Corporate Communications and Branding at AIA Thailand, emphasized the significance of health check-ups for the elderly. She stated that the elderly are more vulnerable to health risks and that regular check-ups can help plan appropriate treatments and healthcare for loved ones. Staying healthy becomes increasingly crucial as people age, as the risk of developing diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and other ailments increases. AIA encourages Thai people, especially those aged 50 and above, to undergo regular annual health checks. AIA Vitality members can earn up to 6,000 points from health checks, allowing them to upgrade their status to receive individual benefits.
Mr. Juthapat Laothammathat, Development Director of Digital Solutions & Design at AIA Wellness, explained that the “Mother’s Health Day” event is part of AIA Plus’s commitment to ensuring sustainable good health for all Thai people. He emphasized that AIA Plus aims to deliver more than just life insurance protection, but also various activities and products that support a healthy and better lifestyle. The event will provide information on offers, special privileges, and souvenirs from Phyathai 2 Hospital.
To participate in the free health check-up activities with AIA Plus, interested individuals can register through the AIA+ application from today until August 2, 2023, or until the rights run out (limited to the first 150 people). Participants must bring their original ID cards to receive a free health check-up coupon at the activity booth. Pre-registration is required for this event, and even non-AIA customers can register. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the features and benefits of the AIA+ application.
The AIA+ application is available for all AIA customers to manage their policies and access various health-related features. Users can register to read articles and enjoy the app’s functionalities. The application can be downloaded on iOS and Android operating systems.
