The plans encompass a total of 1,623 plots distributed across five distinct projects, each located in a different Governorate. This move underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to expanding housing availability and fulfilling its Vision 2030 goals.
Regional breakdown of Land Distribution
The land distribution will be carried out as follows:
- Riyadh Province: 266 plots will be available in the Al-Hilwah project plan within the Bani Tamim Governorate.
- eastern Province: 138 plots are designated for the Sukari scheme in Abqaiq Governorate.
- Asir Region: Residents of Mahayil Governorate will have access to 437 plots in the Durrat Sahban scheme.
- Jazan Region: Two projects are planned for Jazan, including 474 plots in the Al-Bustan Oasis project plan and 208 plots in the rawdat Nakhlan project plan, both located in Sabya Governorate.

Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications beginning Wednesday, July 3rd, at 3:00 p.m. local time.
