Without special units, in the dining room and in the kitchen, Yanic will do just fine. “We will be closed in the afternoon, unlike previous summers. I have no choice. I’ll try seven days a week, but I’m not sure I can hold it, everyone has to rest at some point,” he sighed, sadly. However, in his eyes, he “does everything” to attract workers. A “normal” salary, he said, includes at least 2,000 euros, and low-cost accommodation in Yanic’s studio. “Even with all this, it’s complicated… Our jobs are not attractive enough for the new generation,” he lamented.
