Simmer the chicken and fry

1. Chicken cut into medium-sized pieces – one kilogram

2. Small onions – 10 nos

3. Chopped ginger – 2 tbsp

4. Chopped Garlic – 2 tbsp

5. Tomato Slices – One

6. Piryan Chili Powder – 3 tbsp

7. Coriander powder – 2 tbsp

8. Turmeric powder – a teaspoon

9. Garam Masala (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fennel powder) – one tablespoon

10. Juice of half a lemon

11. Salt is sufficient

Add 2 to 10 ingredients, salt to taste and fry well. Take three-quarters of this and put it on the chicken pieces and cover for 2 hours. After the allotted time, fry the apricots in red oil in sunflower oil in a saucepan.

Other ingredients for frying

1. Onions cut lengthwise – 2 nos

2. Ginger cut lengthwise – half a tablespoon

3. Garlic chopped – half a tablespoon

4. Tomatoes cut in half – lengthwise

Fry 1 to 4 ingredients one by one in apricot sunflower oil.

How to prepare

Heat the apricot sunflower oil in a nonstick pan and add the fried ingredients. Add the first part of the leg and fry till the oil turns clear. Then add a cup of hot water and stir. Add enough salt to the fried chicken pieces, cover and simmer over low heat until the oil is clear. Then leave it open and stir for 5 minutes.

Transfer the prepared chicken to a serving bowl and stir-fry the chopped onion, green chillies, capsicum, dried chillies and coriander leaves.
