## Jordan and South Korea Draw in Asian Cup Opener
The Jordanian national team drew 2-2 with the South Korean national team on Saturday in the second round of the group stage of the Asian Football Cup, which is currently taking place in Qatar.
The match took place at the Al Thumama Stadium in Doha at 2:30 pm.
The first half saw Jordan take the lead with two goals to one. Son Hom scored for South Korea from a penalty kick in the ninth minute, but Jordan responded with an own goal in the 37th minute and added another in the 45+6th minute through Yazan Al-Naimat.
The second half remained scoreless until the first minute of stoppage time, when South Korea equalized after sustained pressure on the Jordanian goal. An own goal by Yazan Abu Al-Arab proved decisive.
It’s worth noting that this is the first time Jordan has ever drawn against South Korea.
