This year Karva Chauth will be celebrated on 20th October. For which married women have been preparing for a long time. Some are busy shopping for clothes, while others are buying jewellery. In such a situation, the glow of this festival is visible everywhere. Bollywood is also not untouched by this. This time there are many actresses who, for the first time after marriage, will keep a fast for the long life of their husbands.
This includes Hyderabad’s Princess Aditi Rao Hydari and the younger daughter-in-law of the Ambani family, Radhika Merchant. Only a few months have passed since their marriage. Now before their Karva Chauth look, let us see what these newlywed brides wore on their wedding day. While some came dressed in lehenga, others won hearts by wearing their mother’s old saree.
Radhika became a Gujarati bride in red-white lehenga
Radhika Merchant wore an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga for her wedding. Which was designed in white and red colors keeping in mind the Gujarati tradition ‘Panetar’. Zardozi cutwork was done on it and two trails were given along with the ghagra. One of which was detachable. At the same time, tissue dupatta was added on the veil and shoulder.
Radhika completed the bridal look with five-layered Rani Haar of diamonds. In which the page is attached. At the same time, Polki Maang Tikka, earrings and choker style necklace also looked perfect. (Photo courtesy: Instagram @rheakapoor)

Aditi won hearts by becoming a South Indian bride
Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth got married in the 400-year-old Srirangpur temple. Where she left the heavy lehenga and adopted the South Indian bride look in cream and golden lehenga. Which was designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The silk skirt of the lehenga is plain, with zari work done on intricate patterns. Which she paired with an embroidered half sleeves blouse.

Rakul Preet Singh became a beautiful bride in floral lehenga
Rakul Preet Singh left the dark red color and chose light pink color for her wedding. On which 3D floral motifs were applied by hand. In which the blush and ivory hue color combination looked fantastic. While Hasina’s lehenga has heavy work, she kept her full sleeve blouse light weight. At the same time, the floral patterned dupatta made her look even more classy.

Kriti Kharbanda’s look is also amazing
Kriti Kharbanda chose three shades of pink, pastel pink, baby pink and magenta pink for her wedding lehenga. By mixing these, her mirror work lehenga was ready. Instead of keeping the lehenga a simple flared skirt, it was kept in a scallop shape. To which every bud was given the final touch of a silver goatee along with a flower pattern. Which was paired with a half sleeve blouse, but her dupatta became the highlight of the look. Whichever was kept in scallop shape.
