In the small room of the Etika restaurant, in Bidart, a stone’s throw from Biarritz, his adopted city which he took care to show us at the end of the morning, Serge Blanco gently slides his 1.83 m on the bench in front of a wooden table. The legend of the XV of France is established with caution. At the end of October, just after the World Cup commented on Europe 1, he had a knee prosthesis fitted. « I’m coming out of a rehabilitation session, everything is fine but I still have to be careful”, he slips, ordering a lager, which he ultimately won’t touch throughout lunch.
