The vehicle is parked in front of the Dupont House in Varadero, on the Island of Cuba.

From there, Prado sends a message: “Vallecaucanos here with my paisa from the Dupont house on the island of my beloved Cuba”
Then he notes: “I say I’m fighting in the Valley for your well-being…noooo dad, I won’t do it again, bye baby.”
But on May 7, in a handwritten message, Prado asks the Historical Pact to be allowed to participate in the consultation to choose a candidate for mayor.

The message, which is dismissed with smiles, is delivered in front of the Dupont House or Xanadu Mansion, as it is also known, designed and built in 1927 on land owned by the American millionaire of French origin Irénée DuPont, director of the DuPont firm, bought from a Spanish family.
The mansion, with three terraces, seven balconies, and a private dock, detailed in American, Colonial, and Asian architectural styles, was DuPont’s vacation home for the winter months.

In July 2019, Prado had withdrawn from the Cali mayoral campaign after sending several messages and criticizing the candidacy of Clara Luz Roldán, his ex-wife and then candidate for Governor of Valle.
But in January 2020, he brought a lawsuit to the State Council for an alleged double militancy of Roldán. The process was not favorable to the lawyer Prado.
