“The classic breakfast with cappuccino and croissant consumed at the bar could go from a current average of 2.4 euros to a record of 3.4 euros as a result of the increase in the prices of milk, coffee, sugar, flour, butter, etc., with an increase by + 41.6%. For the classic cup of espresso coffee, on the other hand, the price lists could go from the current € 1.09 to € 1.50, with an increase of + 37.6% “.
