From Leumi to Poalim – Michal Kisos Herzog has been appointed CEO of Poalim Hi-Tech

Bank Hapoalim CEO Dov Kotler, Announced this morning the appointment of Ivy Container Herzog to CEO of Poalim Hi-Tech. For the past three and a half years, Kisos Herzog has managed PEPPER, part of the Leumi Group.

Ivy Herzog has over a decade of experience in digital banking, fintech, strategy and business development. Kisos Herzog holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in economics, both from Tel Aviv University, and a master’s degree in business administration (specializing in finance and marketing) from Reichman University.

In the last year and a half, with the transfer of high-tech activity from the retail division to the business division, there has been dramatic growth in high-tech activity at the Bank, both in terms of banking activity in growth companies, strategic investment in venture capital funds.
