We have the image of young teams relaxed around a ping-pong table, of hyper-innovative tech companies where work seems like a game and success is always at the end of the road… But burn-out is not reserved to closeted seniors, nor to “middle management” executives, torn between unattainable objectives and insufficient number of employees.

According to a barometer published by the Empreinte Humaine firm, specializing in the prevention of psychosocial risks, those most exposed to burn-out are in fact managers, but also employees aged under 29 and women (study carried out online by the September 28 to October 7, 2021 with 2016 employees making up a representative sample of the French employed population).
