Actor and former child star Benji Gregory is best known to television viewers as Brian, who played the son of the Tanner family in the 1980 American television series Alf.
Like the American news portal “TMZ” reports, Gregory died at the age of 46. The sister confirmed that her brother was found dead in his car on June 13 in a bank parking lot in Peoria, Arizona. This date is also confirmed by the death certificate issued by the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office. According to TMZ, the cause of death is still undetermined. Heat stroke as a cause of death?
The family suspects that he fell asleep in the car and died of heat stroke due to the high temperatures, Gregory’s sister also wrote on Facebook. His assistance dog Hans was found lifeless in the vehicle.
According to his sister, Gregory struggled with bipolar disorder and depression and suffered from a sleep disorder. He probably drove to the bank the night before to make a deposit but didn’t get out of the car.
