Fuel prices rise for sixth day in a row; Petrol price crosses Rs 110 – KERALA – GENERAL

Thiruvananthapuram: Fuel prices have been increased today. Petrol price was hiked by 88 paise per liter and diesel by 84 paise. In the last one week, petrol prices have been hiked by Rs 6, 11 paise and diesel by Rs 5, 86 paise.

This is the sixth consecutive day that fuel prices have risen. Petrol price crossed Rs 110 in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. In Kochi, a liter of petrol costs Rs 110.41 and diesel Rs 97.45 today.

Yesterday, petrol price was hiked by 87 paise per liter and diesel by 74 paise. After a while, the oil companies started raising prices from March 22. This is the eighth increase in fuel prices this month.
