Samsung unveiled its latest smartphone, the Galaxy A14 5G, at CES 2023.
This phone comes as the latest version of the Galaxy series that meets the needs of low-cost consumers.
A report by the specialized “Screenrant” website stated that the cost-effective Galaxy A14 5G phone is the cheapest smartphone in the fifth generation, 5G from Samsung, as it allows a degree of high-speed Internet connection thanks to the fifth generation connection.
The new version in the Galaxy A series gives the user more powerful features, allowing users to enjoy good range phone performance at a lower price, and provides more flexibility for users who want to enjoy electronic games and browse heavy applications.
Specifications
Galaxy A14 5G sports a large 6.6-inch PLS LCD display that promises vivid, vibrant colors with Full HD+ screen quality supporting a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate.
For photography buffs, the 50MP main sensor is important, because the triple lens structure, which combines a 2MP macro camera with a depth sensor, is integrated into a vertically arranged island at the back of the camera.
The Galaxy A14 5G has a 13MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Samsung supplied the Galaxy A14 5G with an eight-core processor of up to 2.2 GHz, designed by Media Tech with a manufacturing accuracy of 7 nanometers, to provide performance similar to advanced smartphones.
The Dimensity 700 processor promises great performance for everyday media playback and even gaming, and it is paired with 4GB of RAM connected to 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB using an external microSD card.
Galaxy A14 5G runs on One UI 5.0 based on the Android 13 operating system, and the phone gets two Android updates and four years of security updates.

The phone also supports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and the Galaxy A14 5G has a polycarbonate back and a plastic frame, it weighs about 204 grams and measures 167.7 x 78 x 9.1 mm.
That’s not all, the Galaxy A14 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging, and Samsung claims that the phone will last up to three days after a recharge thanks to its adaptive power saving technology.
The Galaxy A14 also supports 5G mobile Internet connectivity, which is the fastest and latest technology available in the market, in addition to the integration of 2G, 3G and 4G networks, and also includes dual SIM card slots, which makes the phone also support traditional communication technologies, such as: charging port Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi USB C, and headphone jack.
In addition to the above, the new Samsung phone supports GPS, NFC and Smart Sync technologies with Samsung computers and other laptops.

Galaxy A14 is available in black, silver, dark red, and light green.
The phone was launched in the European Union at a price starting from 200 euros, equivalent to 5,700 Egyptian pounds.
