The month that has just begun does not bring with it winds of change for the various premium services – but nevertheless includes some intriguing offers that subscribers will be able to access at no extra charge

Free games for subscribers are available, as is tradition, in a number of premium services in the gaming world this month as well – but we hope you didn’t go out of your way as part of the expectation, because although there are some interesting titles on the list, we didn’t come across any surprises here that ignited our imagination.

Let’s start at Microsoft, where the Games With Gold venture looks more tired than ever with a pair of semi-familiar games at best, worth a combined $37 that is probably a multi-year low: the remake of the role-playing game Praetorians (originally from 2003) and an action game called Dead End Job from 2019.

The situation for the Game Pass service is a little more encouraging, thankfully, where the offer for November includes the fresh football simulation Football Manager 2023, the fresh adventure game Return to Monkey Island that won a lot of praise at its launch, the huge and surprising indie hit Vampire Survivors that just recently launched in the version 1.0 is officially ripe and an action game called Ghost Warrior is available on the platform immediately upon its launch and currently enjoys an impressive average score of 88 out of 100 on Metacritic.

Sony’s free offer for PlayStation Plus subscribers in November consists of three titles, almost as always, with the great Nioh 2 at the top and set to deliver tens to hundreds of hours of challenging gameplay in optimized versions for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, along with a crowd-pleasing collection of LEGO Harry Potter games Younger (and for especially devout fans of the brand) and the thinking and physics game Heavenly Bodies. This is another victory for Sony, but at this point the matter should not surprise anyone from those who follow – when Microsoft makes every possible effort to show us that it has no interest in giving out equal titles for free to its users in the shadow of the success of the Game Pass service in which the titles come in and out in a timed manner for Everyone.

Not all the games that will be added to Sony’s premium services in November have been revealed at this stage – but we do know that five classic episodes from the great Ratchet & Clank series will reach PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers in a few days as part of the brand’s 20th anniversary celebrations, while at the same time the three series games Mafia in their enhanced editions, motorcycle racing title Ride 4 and unique role-playing title GreedFall are on the list of those leaving the service shortly.

This month, Amazon Prime subscribers will be able to enjoy a copy of the celebrated role-playing title Fallout: New Vegas, in its ultimate edition with all the expansion packs, which will continue with them forever within their GOG account – alongside six lesser-known titles, including the rally racing game WRC 9 from 2020 and the adventure game The classic Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade from LucasArts.

For dessert, subscribers to the Humble Choice service as part of the Humble Bundle initiative will receive access during November to eight titles that will be added to their personal Steam account and will be available forever, even after the monthly subscription is canceled for one reason or another.

The most notable names for this month are the authentic war action title Hell Let Loose and the action role-playing game Kingdoms of Amalur, in its full remake – in addition to them also the tough tactics game Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun together with its expansion Aiko’s Choice, the challenging action game Eldest Souls The source of inspiration for which is quite clear, the action-stealth game UnMetal which is a sort of spiritual successor to the original Metal Gear games from the NES/MSX2 days and a few other modest but quality offers that may wink at you.

Joining the service for one month costs $12, or a little less than NIS 45, when those who join will also be entitled to a permanent discount in the online Humble Store and access to a library of games called Humble Trove, which includes, among other things, the newly launched Ghost Song, which we mentioned a few days ago Paragraphs within Microsoft’s Game Pass library offering.
