Gangjin-gun’s e-commerce education is showing digital startup results. Gangjin-gun announced that it held the ‘e-commerce Kiwoom Package Education Results Report’ at the Ogamtong Jeonnam Music Creation Center in Gangjin-eup on the 8th.

This performance report meeting was prepared as a symbolic event to share the results of the ‘e-commerce education’ conducted from March to July and to take the first step towards the development of online market sales for trainees.

The event, attended by trainees and representatives of online shopping mall companies, included a demonstration of the online shopping malls built by trainees, presentations on success stories, product exhibitions and introductions, and a presentation on Gangjin-gun’s future plans for e-commerce digital entrepreneurship education.

The training consisted of a one-stop support course covering everything from business registration to online shopping mall opening, sales, and marketing, and all eight graduates achieved meaningful results, such as obtaining the e-commerce export master certificate and the GA (Google Analytics) certificate.

In addition, based on the theory and practical experience acquired through education, he successfully established an online company mall and started an online business. During the internship period, he opened stores in Green Trust Gangjin Shopping Mall and Naver Shopping, opened up his own sales channels, and generated sales, thereby laying the foundation for earning full-fledged profit.

In particular, ‘Gongyeong Agricultural and Fishery Products’ run by trainee Kim Kang-seok had previously had low sales, but through this training, they made full use of the detailed page production, brand marketing, and online video marketing training they learned, and their sales in the second quarter increased by 250% to 50 million won, proving the effectiveness of the training.

In addition, ‘Sukyungdang’, created by young farmers, is working day and night to achieve its goal of 30 million won in sales in the third quarter by opening promotional channels such as smart stores and SNS through practical training.

Gangjin County Governor Gang Jin-won said, “Gangjin County has systematically prepared various policies for returning to farming and rural areas, such as digital entrepreneurship education represented by ‘e-commerce,’ as well as empty houses,” and added, “I hope that outsiders who want a new start will believe in the successful results of the county’s policies and actively inquire about them.”

Meanwhile, Gangjin County officials said, “The trainees have created a successful business case by building an online shopping mall, and based on this, we plan to set the direction of the follow-up business program and conduct training in the second half of the year by posting a trainee recruitment notice in August targeting outsiders.”
