Manish Singh, Greater Noida: The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to shift 11 notorious criminals lodged in various jails of the state. The jail department has taken this decision on administrative grounds. DG Jail has taken this action on the report of jail superintendents. In this episode, three notorious criminals are lodged in Luxor Jail of Greater Noida, UP. These include notorious criminals of Gautam Buddha Nagar district Anil Bhati, Jugala Bhati alias Jogendra Bhati and Ravi Nagar alias Ravi Kana. Gangster Anil Bhati, lodged in the district jail of Gautam Buddha Nagar, will be sent to Ambedkar Nagar jail. Jugala Bhati, who is currently lodged in the district jail, has been ordered to be sent to Bahraich district jail. Similarly, scrap mafia Ravi Nagar alias Ravi Kana, lodged in jail in the case of Gangster Act and gang rape, will be shifted to Banda jail.
Who is Anil Bhati?
Anil Bhati is currently lodged in Luxor jail. He is the nephew of notorious criminal Sundar Bhati. The district administration had imposed NSA on him. Anil Bhati is the son of Sundar Bhati’s elder brother Sahdev Bhati. He is also handling the command of the gang. Let us tell you that in November 2017, Anil Bhati had taken a contract from Arun Yadav and got BJP leader Shiv Kumar Yadav killed by his shooter. That day Shiv Kumar was going to his house in Pratap Vihar in a car from his school in Purana Haibatpur with his driver Balinath and private gunner Rahis Pal. Then near Tigri roundabout, the goons sent by Anil Bhati surrounded them from both sides and fired bullets. Shiv Kumar, Balinath and Rahispal died in this incident.
Arun Yadav had planned this incident. Anil Bhati got it executed by his shooters Naresh Tewatia, Raavan alias Anirudh Bhardwaj and Amar Fauji alias Rajkumar. Seeing Anil Bhati’s role in this barbaric incident and his old criminal records, the then DM of Gautam Budh Nagar had decided to impose NSA against him. Anil Bhati has been active in the world of crime for a long time. He was also wanted in many serious cases. His name has been involved in many crimes. Seeing his increasing activities, the administration has decided to shift him to jail. It has been more than one and a half years since he has been in Luxor jail. He is serving sentence under serious sections like murder, robbery, Gangster Act etc.
Who is Jugala Bhati alias Jogendra Bhati?
Jogendra Bhati is a member of the notorious criminal Randeep Bhati gang lodged in Mandoli jail in Delhi. He used to carry out crimes like extortion, murder, robbery etc. for Randeep. He was arrested by the Greno Police from Bisahra underpass in April 2023 on charges of extorting five lakh rupees from a building material supplier for the Randeep Bhati gang lodged in jail. Jugla alias Jogendra Bhati has also had a reward of one lakh rupees on his head in the past. There are 32 criminal cases registered against him. At one time in the year 2011, he attacked the notorious criminal Sundar Bhati during a wedding ceremony. Due to Randeep being in jail, Jugla was currently commanding the gang. His responsibility was to provide pistols, vehicles, clothes and other items to the gangsters. Jugla was sent to jail after being produced before the magistrate.
Who is Ravi Nagar alias Ravi Kana?
Ravindra Nagar alias Ravi Kana entered the world of crime from the business of iron rods scrap and became the owner of immense wealth worth crores. His wealth was so immense that he gifted a bungalow worth 100 crores to his girlfriend. His power was so immense that even if someone else gets the contract in West UP, trucks full of scrap would land at his warehouse only. This gangster Ravi Kana, associated with Anil Dujana gang, is now in police custody. Ravi Kana had absolute rule over the iron rods scrap business in West UP including Noida. He would just make a phone call and get the contract for scrap.
The Pradhan of Dadupur village of Greater Noida is the younger brother of Harendra Nagar. Pradhan was murdered by Sundar Bhati in the year 2015. Harendra Nagar murder case is one of the famous murder cases of Gautam Buddha Nagar. After his murder, Ravi took over all the work of scrap and iron rod smuggling. A girl had registered a case of gang rape against Ravi Kana and his gang members in Sector-39 police station. The police had registered a case against scrap mafia Ravi for gang rape, Gangster Act and other cases. The police had registered a case against 16 members of the gang. Ravi’s wife Madhu Nagar was also included in this. After the case was registered, the police arrested all the other members of the gang. After the case was registered, Ravi, Madhu and Kajal fled abroad.
In the FIR, the girl said that Ravi Kana and his henchmen gang-raped her at gunpoint in the parking lot of Garden Galleria Mall in Noida. After this, Ravi Kana’s troubles started. A case has been registered against 16 members of this gang under the Gangster Act at Beta-2 police station of Greater Noida. All the members of the gang have been recently arrested by Noida’s Thana-39 and Greater Noida’s Beta-2 police.
Scrap mafia Ravi Kana has not yet got relief from the court. While Ravi Kana’s girlfriend Kajal Jha recently got bail from Allahabad High Court. After getting bail from the court, Kajal was released from Luxor jail. Greater Noida’s Beta-2 police station had registered a case under Gangster Act against scrap mafia Ravi Kana and 16 criminals involved in his gang.
