JAKARTA – Presidential Candidate (Capres) Serial Number 3, Ganjar Pranowo visited KH Atok Romli Musthofa or who is familiarly called Gus Atok at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School Bekasi, West Java. During the visit, Ganjar received support from the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School.
Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that supports Vice President Ma’Ruf Amin during the 2019 Presidential Election. Ganjar came with his wife, Siti Atikoh, and son, Alam Ganjar as well as DPR Member from the PDIP Fraction Rieke Diah Pitaloka.
“In the past, Mr. Kiai Ma’ruf Amin, at that time (2019) we declared istighosah kubro. Thank God he became Vice President. “Hopefully the desires of all of us, the Indonesian people, especially the desires of all of us, Mr Ganjar, can be granted by Allah SWT,” said Gus Atok on the spot, Thursday 14 December 2023.
Gus Atok gave a message to Ganjar not to worry about the survey results. Gus Atok said that his party would support Ganjar.
“Mr Ganjar, don’t worry, there are students here who will always pray for Mr Ganjar. We don’t need to worry about surveys. “God willing, the students will always be with Mr. Ganjar,” he said.
On the other hand, Ganjar expressed his gratitude for the support provided. Ganjar said this was his first time campaigning with his children and wife.
“This is my first political trip touring with my wife and children,” said Ganjar.
“Earlier inside we talked about signing the struggle charter. God willing, it is a sincere agreement for us to fight together and we will not make transactions. “Because we are listening to complaints and existing realities,” he continued.
