The next sentence of Genaro García Luna in the US is a reliable example that in the six-year term of Felipe Calderon a “narco state” was experienced.
This is how the president responded Andrés Manuel López Obrador to Calderón Hinojosa, after he accused that “organized crime is replacing the State” in Mexico, and the continent.
