A weekend dedicated to gastronomy and local products, at the Méjannes-lès-Alès exhibition center. The Miam show, organized by the CCI du Gard, is held from November 17 to 20 in the capital of the Cévennes. With Tahiti as guest of honor, after Sicily in 2022. The organizers announce “100 m² of stands dedicated to local products from Tahiti” and a 120 m² space dedicated to the gastronomy of the Polynesian island. This year the show is sponsored by Sébastien Rath, chef with a green star in the Michelin guide with his restaurant Le Saint Hilaire, in Saint-Hilaire-de-Brethmas.

On the program for these four days, many artisans will come and present their recipes. This is the case of chef Cathiana Hareapo and her Tahitian tuna sushi cake, of Manuel Ospital with his Cévennes roast with honey sauce and pan-fried chanterelles, of Rodolphe Belinguier and his squab supreme and transparency of sweet Cévennes onions , and Sébastien Rath who will present his duck breast with rosemary wood at the end of the show.
