A former international with 100 caps for Wales, Gareth Thomas was visiting Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). A player for the Rouge et Noir between 2004 and 2007, he came out in 2009 and revealed he was HIV positive ten years later. In the Toulouse fanzone, he is present with the “Tackle HIV” bus with the mission of fighting against stigma and carrying out information work around the virus.
