Garmin has unveiled a new running watch – the base Forerunner 55 with minimal features. The cost of a new watch, launched in black, white or blue colors, will be $ 200.
The new product, which will replace the Garmin Forerunner 45, is able to track time, distance, speed, pace and heart rate during walking or jogging workouts, as well as fix the GPS track during exercise. The watch received built-in programs for preparing for races at different distances, individual training plans and functions for monitoring the health of users.
Forerunner 55 can last up to two weeks in smartwatch mode and up to 20 hours with GPS enabled.
