On the 29th,GC (Green Cross Holdings) carried out regular executive personnel reshuffles at its affiliates for 2025,replacing four CEOs and promoting and selecting 13 people.
Jintae Kim, CEO of GC Care, who has led GC Care since last April, will also serve as CEO of ubcare. Kim Yeon-geun, head of Green Cross Holdings’ business management division, was appointed as CEO of GC Green Cross MS. James Park, CEO of GC Cell, who was appointed Vice president of Global Sales Center at Samsung BioLogics in January of last year, will resign and Won Seong-yong, head of Cell Therapy Research institute, will take over as CEO. GC CL has appointed Cho Gwan-gu as its new CEO.
CEO Park Chung-kwon, who has led GC Green Cross EM as 2022, was promoted to the E4 level. Kim Yeon-geun, the new CEO of GC Green Cross MS, was promoted to E3 level. Heo Jin-seong, the eldest son of GC Chairman Heo Il-seop, who is in charge of Strategy 1 at GC’s Strategic Planning Headquarters, will be promoted to E2 and move to the position of head of GC’s Business Management Division.
New executives (E1 grade) include Noh Hyeong-joo, planning and coordination manager at GC Management Management Division, Park Jeong-min, head of GC Strategic Planning Headquarters Information Strategy Center, GC Chief of Staff Lee Sang-soo, GC Green Cross Domestic Sales Division PC Division chief Yoo Seong-gon, GC Green Cross Production Division Eumseong Plant Manager Kim Moon-bae, and Cha. Gyeongil GC Green Cross R&D Division MSAT Director, Park Cheon-bo, GC green Cross OM Office Ten people were selected, including QA Unit Head, Yang Yun-jeong, GC Green Cross MS global Business Division Head, Ahn Jong-geun, GC Green Cross EM FM Business Headquarters FM1 Unit Head, and lee Hak-jun, GC Green Cross EM Construction Headquarters Field Manager.
