This centralized hub houses all images and videos generated by Gemini across all conversations, providing users with easy access to their AI-created media. Enhanced Visual Experience and Accessibility

The visual experience has also been subtly improved. the new version utilizes a true black background when Dark Mode is enabled on the device, replacing the previous gray shade. This change contributes to a more immersive and visually appealing experience, especially in low-light conditions.

Another key adjustment is the relocation of the account switcher. It has been removed from individual chat threads and is now exclusively accessible from the “New chat” screen, simplifying the user flow.

Samsung Integration Remains Limited

Previous reports suggested that Samsung planned to integrate Gemini more deeply with its suite of stock apps, including Samsung Clock.However, this latest update does not include integration with Samsung Clock. Currently, integration remains limited to Samsung Calendar, Samsung Notes, and Samsung Reminder. Industry observers anticipate that the One UI 8.5 update may expand Gemini’s reach within the Samsung ecosystem.
