Kudalur: Due to the encroachment of the public cemetery in Cuttakkad near Kudalur, people are facing difficulty in not being able to bury their dead.

The 9th Ward of Kullappakundanpatti Panchayat is Cuttakadu, Oomayantholu. 120 families live here. The area has a public cemetery for use by all communities.

A waiting hall was constructed here in 2007 at an estimated cost of Rs.50,000 under the Anna Revival Project.

Also, the cemetery, which has an area of ​​one acre with the facilities of bore well, cremation ground, and compound wall, has been encroached upon and doing agriculture, so they have no place to bury the dead.
