Yolanda Díaz attacks Feijoo’s “lies” and warns: “It changed everything, we can win”

The leader of Sumar, Yolanda Díaz, has attacked the “lies” of the PP candidate, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, after this morning the popular leader acknowledged in an interview that he knew that Marcial Dorado was a “smuggler” in the 1990s. “Everything changed, we can win,” the vice president considered based on the internal “data” they handle, as she has slipped, without specifying what they are. A few hours before the end of the campaign, Sumar received the support of representatives from the world of culture this Friday at an event held at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid.

Film directors such as Pedro Almodóvar or the also screenwriter Juan Vicente Córdoba; actors of the stature of Carlos Bardem, Marisa Paredes or Consuelo Trujillo; or the film production company Puy Oria have heard the proposals from the area included in the program of the left-wing coalition, in addition to Díaz’s more electoral speech.
“They are nervous,” added the head of Labor, who believes that both the three-way debate on Wednesday on RTVE —from which the popular was absent– as well as his relationship with the drug trafficker are taking their toll on him this week. The vice president has affirmed that Feijóo’s great contribution to politics is “the lie, the censorship and the trampling of the rights of women and LGTBI people”.

“Yes, we can win (…) We have to run, run and run and defend true freedom, not the one they talk about here in Madrid”, he pointed out in reference to the proclamations of the president of the community, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

In an act in which, among others, the journalist and writer Bob Pop has intervened, Díaz has proposed his own box in section 100 of the income statement so that each citizen can mark it to support culture and has also advocated putting aside “the complexes” and increasing public financing for the sector. “Let’s break with the right-wing story that culture in our country is subsidized. Gentlemen of the right, enough is enough, people of culture have the right to access economic resources as a country ”, he has claimed.
