Sout of brambles, out of debt, the French champion of holiday residences founded in 1967 hosted 8 million customers last year and generated a profit of 325 million euros on a turnover of 1.77 billion. With its 44,500 apartments, houses and villas, located in more than 280 sites in Europe, under the Pierre & Vacances, Center Parcs, Maeva and Adagio brands, it now intends to show a new, more modern face. After the arrival of a trio of investors and the withdrawal of the founder, Gérard Brémond, in March 2022, it is Frank Gervais (46 years old, X-Ponts, MBA from the College of Engineers), passed by the SNCF and Accor, which embodies this renewal. He is assisted by the Secretary General, Stephane Laugery (52 years old, master’s degree in English and North American business law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). Philippe Lederman (59 years old, MBA from the University of Texas, Stanford Executive Program), formerly of Bull and Valeo, is the group’s financial and performance director. Nicolas Beaurain (38 years old, HEC) manages the Maeva activity, after a career at Thomas Cook and the SNCF. Passed by Rémy Cointreau and Club Med, Xavier Desaulles (48 years old, HEC, Insead) manages the Adagio subsidiary. Olivier Garaialde (55 years old, Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne), formerly Farah Experiences, Compagnie des Alpes and Disneyland Paris, is the Managing Director of Center Parcs Europe. Gregory Sion (48 years old, École centrale) is the managing director of the Pierre & Vacances brand. Audrey Brayer (40 years old, Edhec), who until recently worked at Accor, oversees innovation and the company’s information systems. Olivier Mourain (49 years old, master’s degree in finance at Paris-Dauphine) is the director of development andasset management. Guillaume Roy (50 years, Ponts et Chaussées) oversees all major projects in France§
