An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 occurred on March 20 in the morning local time in the state of Guerrero in southern Mexico, according to reports from the Xinhua News Agency overseas. This earthquake was the largest seismic event in Mexico since 1985, and tremors were clearly felt throughout the country. No fatalities have been reported to date, but the earthquake has injured 11 people, of whom two were seriously injured.
