According to what the newspaper “La Vanguardia” reports, the facts cited by the woman date back to 1995, when she was 23 years old, and she was sent to Paris to interview the famous actor for the magazine “Cinemania”. According to Baza’s account, during their meeting Depardieu kissed her without her consent on her face and neck and penetrated her with his fingers through her clothes. Behavior that the Spanish police would have configured as “sexual violence” and by virtue of which they would have therefore informed the French authorities who, in truth, already have a rather substantial file on the film star with the double French and Russian passport.
In fact, there would be at least sixteen women who accuse Depardieu of sexual abuse, who since 2020 has been under investigation for rape against Charlotte Armould, but who continues to declare himself innocent, denying any accusation and with his family supporting him, speaking of an unprecedented conspiracy to his damage and collective anger towards him. a few days ago the news of yet another scandal that has engulfed the actor, linked to a France 2 documentary on Depardieu’s trip to North Korea five years ago: in the program embarrassing comments and obscene gestures are reported, in sexually, by the same actor to the detriment of his North Korean interpreter and even of a 10-year-old girl. The indignant reaction of public opinion was immediate, which led to the removal of Depardieu’s statue from the Muse Grvin, the historic wax museum in Paris.
The star was also deprived of the honorary citizenship granted to him ten years ago by Estaimpuis, a Belgian municipality in the Walloon province of Hainaut, while a few days ago the same actor had placed his Legion of Honor at the disposal of the French culture minister, Rima Abdul- Malak. Baza’s new complaint comes after the suicide of one of Depardieu’s alleged victims, the 60-year-old actress Emmanuelle Deveber who jumped into the Seine last December 6, after leaving a suicide note.
