Everyone should tighten up, get a good result, raise voter turnout so we can form a government, the party leader urged from Plovdiv
“The president is right about one thing – everyone has to position themselves. Mine is the easiest, I have positioned myself as the first political force. This is my battle. And whoever wants to position themselves around the first one is welcome. Not on the last ones to make a government. From now on we have to position ourselves on making a government.” This is what the GERB leader Boyko Borisov said in Plovdiv. And he refused to discuss what was happening in DPS.
“I, from the rostrum of the parliament, refused the support of the DPS, then what should I comment on the processes there? I have positioned myself. The DPS have never supported me for anything. Never. Neither for presidential elections, nor for parliamentary elections, for anything. Not even in the parliament.” , the GERB leader also stated.

Regarding the aid to Ukraine, the constitutional reform, the judicial reform, the new budget, in energy for the Maritsi and everything else. Let them clash as much as they want. When I clashed with the DPS , the president was with them and they supported him. When I was facing the president, nobody came out and said: “Let’s position ourselves”, and added that GERB wanted to rule. That’s why we explain every day what we will do with the aridity in Deliormana, the industrial zone between Plovdiv and Asenovgrad, Shumen, Bozhurishte, and elsewhere. This is what people expect,” he added.
And he urged: “Everyone should tighten up, get a good result, raise voter turnout so that we can form a government. If we start “anti”, “anti” from now on… You have to choose. Then he explained that the state and the municipalities have to build their infrastructure facilities and that since the morning the mayor of Plovdiv Kostadin Dimitrov has put 20 projects on his table.
