German footballer bit Pogba in Euro 2020 match

German defender Antonio Rüdiger bit France midfielder Paul Pogba. The incident occurred during a group stage match of the European Football Championship.

The game took place at the Allianz Arena stadium in Munich. It ended with the score 1: 0 in favor of the French.

At the end of the first half of the game, Rüdiger first grabbed Pogba with his arms and then bit him on the back.

Pogba did not leave this unpunished. He filed a complaint about Rüdiger’s behavior with the referee of the game. But only the judge did not react in any way to the incident.

The winning goal for the French was Mats Hummels’ own goal, who sent the ball into the net of his own goal after a cross from Theo Hernandez.
