The hospitalization rate in the last seven days in Bavaria is currently 4.1. Moreover, the number of intensive care beds occupied by Covid-19 patients is also increasing. Now 493 people are being treated for COVID-19 in intensive care. Now the Bavarian government wants to intervene. On Wednesday, November 3, the cabinet of ministers in Bavaria discussed tightening the rules due to the coronavirus.

The state government of Bavaria has responded to a sharp increase in the number of Karona infections and has decided to tighten measures to combat the virus. The new restrictions in Bavaria take effect from Saturday 6 November. The restrictions will be in effect until November 24. Until this date, the “epidemiological situation on a national scale” is in effect. “We shouldn’t shrug our shoulders and take note of the situation,” Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder said at a press conference. Bavaria now has two priorities: schools and hospitals. Söder believes that a “booster” in vaccination is the best defense.
