Sirindhorn Hospital’s medical office in Bangkok will be providing the HPV vaccination on a walk-in system every Friday, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., starting from Friday, November 17, 2023, except on public holidays. Officials have stated that only those with a real ID card can access the service, and for those under 18 years of age, a guardian or legal representative must be present. The hospital advises individuals interested in receiving the vaccine to contact Level 1 medical records before receiving services.
The Saowapha Institute – Chula Hospital is also offering free HPV vaccination, and interested individuals are advised to check the location and service conditions on the hospital’s website. The Ministry of Public Health has stated that the HPV vaccine is important in preventing cervical cancer and has emphasized the need for injections in children to be more effective.
