The Evil Within, the game that brought Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil) back to directing, can be downloaded for free on the Epic Games Store as part of the list of titles they give away every week. Developed by Tango Gameworks, the game originally arrived in 2014, being a real surprise.
It is a survival horror in the style of Resident Evil 4 where there will be sections trying to free us from horrendous creatures in the shoes of Sebastián Castellanos, a detective who will be involved in a world of nightmares. The adventure has no problem showing gallons of blood and surreal levels to portray our protagonist’s descent into madness.
Sebastián has the possibility of carrying several weapons, although you will have to be careful how you use them, since it will be difficult to find bullets that you will often need when you have to deal with a stage boss, or large quantities of enemies. You will be able to download The Evil Within until next time October 26th. Once you have it in your library it will stay forever.
