The game

Getafe were the ones who created the most chances and finished on goal in the first half, despite the balance in possession of the ball and in the match as a whole. However, who was more efficient was Cádiz, who opened the scoring in the 39th minute with striker Rubén Sobrino, even though he only finished twice on goal against seven accurate shots from the opponent in the first half.

After an uncreative start to the second half, Getafe returned to the opponent’s area with danger and, finally, tied the duel in the 26th minute, with Enes Ünal taking a penalty. When it seemed that the visitor finally had the best moment of the game, defender Domingos Duarte committed a penalty and was expelled, at 35 minutes. Rubén Alcaraz converted the kick and put Cádiz ahead again.

At the end of the game, when it seemed that everything was decided, a penalty was awarded to Getafe in the 57th minute. Enes Ünal took the penalty kick and converted once more, tying the match to a draw.
