A number of issues related to the expansion of RA-EU trade and economic cooperation, sectoral financial and technical assistance provided by the EU, bilateral and multilateral cooperation within the framework of the Eastern Partnership, jointly implemented programs and initiatives were discussed.
Reference was made to the implementation of the provisions stipulated under the RA-EU Comprehensive and Extended partnership Agreement (CEPA/CEPA), the rebranding and marketing processes of the new name “Armenian brandy”, support programs for the entrepreneurship sector, the use of EU technical assistance tools (TAIEX, Twinning) and other issues. .
The parties exchanged thoughts on the priority directions of the RA economy, promotion and diversification of exports, attraction of investments, progress of the capital market, advancement of quality infrastructures, development of agriculture and support programs provided by the EU regarding the latter.
ArmeniaS commitment to deepening relations with the EU within the framework of the new realities currently created and readiness to participate more actively in the regional programs implemented by the EU and to be planned were highlighted.
