Ghee and butter prices increase in Aavin’s latest price hike

Today, Aavin’s management has announced a price hike in various milk products, including ghee and butter. The decision comes as a result of increasing production costs and the need to maintain quality standards. Effective immediately, customers will have to bear the burden of paying higher prices for these dairy products.

The most significant increase can be seen in the price of ghee. Previously priced at Rs.70 per liter, half a liter was available for Rs.50. However, the new prices have drastically increased these figures. Now, a 15ml ghee packet will cost Rs.15, marking a one rupee increase from its previous price. Similarly, the price of a 100ml packet has risen from Rs.70 to Rs.80, and a 500ml bottle now costs Rs.365, up from Rs.315.

For those who prefer to purchase a liter bottle of ghee, the price has escalated from Rs.630 to Rs.700. This shocking increase has left consumers questioning the reasons behind such a significant jump in cost.

Alongside ghee, butter prices have also experienced a surge. A 15 rupee increase per half kilo has been implemented, raising the current price of half a kilo of butter to Rs.275.

Aavin’s management has assured its customers that these price hikes were necessary to maintain the quality and sustainability of their products. Increasing production costs, larger overhead expenses, and rising demand have all contributed to the decision.

Customers are advised to adjust their budgets accordingly and be prepared to pay the new prices for Aavin’s ghee and butter. The company remains dedicated to delivering high-quality dairy products and appreciates the continued support of its customers.
