Speaking about this, the senior leader of the Congress party, Ghulam Nabi Azad, who was in the Congress party for more than 50 years, resigned from the party last month. It is noteworthy that Ghulam Nabi Azad held various positions including Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Minister through the Congress Party. It was also said that he left the Congress and started a new party and will contest the elections with the BJP.
Speaking about this in the Jammu and Kashmir public meeting, he said, “Those who go to jail on behalf of the Congress call the police DGP and commissioners, write down their names and go home within an hour. This is why Congress could not grow.
Congress was created by our blood. Computers and not created by Twitter. Some people in the party are spreading slander against us. But, they can only see it on social media. Due to reasons like these, Congress could not be seen in the field.
The name of the new party to be launched is yet to be decided. The people of Kashmir will decide on the party’s flag and name. It will be named ‘Hindustani’ so that everyone can understand it. Ghulam Nabi Azad said that we will insist on getting status for the state and providing employment and land to the local people.
