It opened its doors on March 5, in Beijing, Giada Garden, the first Italian haute cuisine restaurant of the Italian luxury brand Giada. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the China World Hotel, connected to the Giada boutique located on the lobby level, the first and only branded space in Beijing where luxury retail and food experience coexist.

The opening ceremony was attended by the general manager of Giada Greater China Mr. Zhao Yizheng, the area general manager of Shangri-La Group and general manager of the China World Hotel Beijing, Stephan Kapek, and the chef of Giada Garden Marino D ‘ Antonio, marking the beginning of a new chapter of cooperation and exchange between Italian talent and Chinese culture. “We welcome the Italian luxury brand Giada to the China World Hotel, and we can’t wait to bring Italian culture and cuisine to our first Italian luxury restaurant, the GiadaGarden,” says Stephan Kapek.
The restaurant is located in the west wing of the China World Hotel, with a total area of 645 square meters, which includes a sky garden and an indoor dining room. The lobby floor, connected to the restaurant, houses the brand’s 353 square meter boutique, with a total branded space of almost 1,000 square meters. The architecture of the club reflects the aesthetic of the brand, minimal, modern, elegant, designed by Claudio Silvestrin, known as the master of contemporary European minimalism.
The chef of Giada Garden is the renowned Italian chef Marino D’Antonio, who has over fifteen years of experience in the sector and was awarded as Chef of the Year by Time Out Beijing. The restaurant specializes in contemporary Italian cuisine, and also offers a fine selection of Italian wines, cocktails and afternoon tea.
