It is a fact that Gianni Morandi and Anna Dan have celebrated 30 years together, as the artist recounted in an Instagram post. The two met on August 19, 1994, and after three decades, they continue to live their love story, closer than ever.

Gianni Morandi celebrated the anniversary of his meeting with Anna Dan by posting a short video of the two of them together, accompanied by a piece of his song Una vita normale, written by Mogol with music by Mario Lavezzi.
The lyrics, notes Rudy Zerbi, are very significant: “A normal life is quite special; I want it forever this way,” some verses say. And Gianni Morandi explains:
It’s a song that wasn’t very aggressive; it was a softer and more delicate kind. It was so suitable for this occasion that I was moved listening to it. The words seem to have been written for this moment.

At the request of Rudy Zerbi, Gianni Morandi lists his rules for a lasting relationship:
Definitely, for two characters that manage to complement each other even if they are not the same, you need a bit of patience, and Anna has had that with me. It’s not an easy life that is lively; she has been very patient.
And again:
In my opinion, true love needs to be nurtured daily: you have to water the little plant, come up with small daily things. I’ve always tried to do that; she has always been great at it. She is a wonderful woman; she has brought me luck in my work. I have done many things since I’ve been with her; her presence has been important.
Who is Anna Dan, Gianni Morandi’s wife: “She is very intelligent”
For those who may not yet know who Anna Dan is, the wife of Gianni Morandi (born 1957) was for many years a manager at an IT company. However, in the past, she also worked in the music world, as the artist confirms:
When a new song comes out by an artist, she rarely gets the judgment wrong. She was also in the music world once. She understands music; I always listen to her advice on a song to sing. Even though I am not really her type: she is more rock ‘n’ roll, more Rolling Stones. I think she is very intelligent.
Regarding their personalities, Gianni Morandi explains how the tasks are divided within the couple:
She gives a more precise indication of what to do during the day; I might go out and work in the woods, for example, cutting dead branches. She is more practical about the day, about decisions to make, like whether to go to the theater or which movie to watch.

The love story of Gianni Morandi and Anna Dan indeed began… on a soccer field. Yes, because the two met on August 19, 1994, while the singer was playing a match in Monghidoro. She was in the stands watching the game, and the spark immediately flew: after a few meetings, the two chose each other and have never parted since.
It was Gianni Morandi himself who recounted how he met Anna Dan in a lengthy post on social media:
August 19, 2014. On August 19, twenty years ago, Anna entered my life. I was in Monghidoro; I had organized a soccer match in my town, and she arrived from Bologna with some mutual friends. I was struck by her eyes and her personality. She had a camera around her neck and a floral skirt. She was truly gorgeous! At that time, I was working a lot; I had just finished a long tour in theaters and was thinking about new songs to record. We were both single; she was coming out of a brief relationship, and I was mainly focused on music. I had been separated for eighteen years and had had a few relationships, but evidently not the right one. That meeting was fateful; we fell in love, and today we continue to be happy together. – Gianni Morandi
The two then started dating before committing to each other and welcoming their son, Pietro (a rapper under the stage name Tredici Pietro), in 1997. Gianni Morandi and Anna Dan got married on November 10, 2004, in Monghidoro, the singer’s hometown, with an intimate and secret ceremony attended by a few relatives and friends.
After 30 years of knowing each other, therefore, Gianni Morandi and Anna Dan continue their journey together, sharing photo after photo. A bond that has become an example to follow for the public, who are now totally in love with the couple.
