As part of the first International Music Festival Dream Fest, which is taking place on the coast of the resort town of Sea Breeze from July 23 to 28, the traditional ceremony of laying a star with the autograph of the world star Gianni Russo took place, Day.Az reports.
Gianni Russo is best known for his role as Carlo Rizzi in The Godfather. The 80-year-old American actor and singer was born in Manhattan, grew up in Little Italy and Staten Island. After playing Carlo Rizzi in both parts of The Godfather, he starred in more than 50 films. By the way, he was once associated with organized crime, even being an assistant to the famous mafioso Frank Costello, but moved away from this sphere. Then he was engaged in the restaurant business and creativity, performed in concerts, released a number of albums, including those dedicated to Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra, and published a book of memoirs, Hollywood Godfather: My Life in the Movies and the Mob.
The ceremony was held in the best Hollywood traditions: a red carpet, many journalists and guests, autograph sessions with celebrities.
