Geektime is proud to announce a new conference intended for the development community in Israel: Geektime Evolve, which will focus on imparting soft skills, career advancement and everything beyond technology. The event will take place on November 30 at Bhima in Tel Aviv, And it will be a natural complement to our code conference.
The event aims to strengthen the local development community and create a culture of mutual empowerment. The sessions at the event will deal with career planning for male and female developers at all levels, soft skills in different career paths, promotion options, how to become software entrepreneurs, how to become successful managers and more. The conference will also feature case studies from women and technologists who have already done it – and from them you can learn what to do and what not to do on the way to the goal you set for yourself. But apart from the excellent sessions, the conference will be a meeting place where you can talk about personal development and the ways in which the company you work for can help employees achieve professional satisfaction.
