The last election had been in 2018 when the ruling party had retained the leadership and the lawyer Eduardo Awad He became the first blind president of the entity for the 2018/2020 period. It is that later they were not carried out due to the coronavirus pandemic in the world.
Jorge Rizzo’s group has won 12 elections since 2006.
