Given these facts and after denying such accusations on his social networks, Gutiérrez Aguilar wrote:
“Last night we witnessed a mean and despicable act by Morena, whose supporters detained with their vehicles a truck that was providing a service to an institution that helps families and people in vulnerable situations, an institution to which we are completely alien.
“Even knowing that this institution has been carrying out these tasks for years, the people of Morena threatened them, intimidated them and held them against their will by placing their private vehicles in front of and behind the trailer.”

In this regard, the alliance candidate for mayor of Coyoacán demanded the following actions:
“That Morena offers a public apology, that it publicly retracts the accusations and that the electoral and judicial authorities proceed in accordance with the law,” he said.
