TRANSACTIONS FALL 26.9%

Regarding the number of transactions carried out, the third quarter of the year in the State was of 4.269and 26.9% less than a year agowhen 5,838 lots were transferred, and 29.5% less than those made in the previous quarter (6.057 ).

According to the size of the municipality, between July and September, in municipalities of less than 1.000 habitants were performed 404 transactionsand 27.5% less than the same quarter of the previous yearwhile in the municipalities between 1.000 i 5.000 habitants they were sold 1,081 plots (-17,2%).

On the other hand, in municipalities with between 5,000 and 10,000 inhabitants, the number of transactions was 656 (-44.6%), compared to the decline of 23,6% which has been registered in municipalities with between 10,000 and 50,000 inhabitants, where transactions amounted to 1.333.

By autonomous communities, of the total transactions, Andalusia (980) stands out as the region where a greater number of transactions have been registered. Behind, they follow her Catalonia (687), Castilla-La Mancha (619) and the Valencia (371).

The third quarter of 2023 has closed with a total of 4.4 million of square meters of transmitted surface, which has meant 640.6 million euros. In addition, with respect to the third quarter of 2022, the year-on-year variations represent a 36% less surface area transmitted and 32.6% less value.
