MATNUHPV received the “E-SERVICES” Excellence Award, recognizing its remarkable efforts and innovative initiatives in digitalizing the process of granting direct aid for Housing Support within the framework of the major Royal project “Daam Sakane”, and this, in a concern to simplify procedures but also to guarantee the rule of first come, first served, indicates a press release from the ministry.
The digital platform www.daamsakane.ma managed by the National Pensions and Insurance Fund/Deposit and Management Fund constitutes a real vector of innovation and simplification of administrative procedures, continues the same source, noting that thanks to this platform, citizens can submit their applications, follow their processing in real time and be notified at each stage of the process until the finalization of the real estate transaction.
This innovative platform also stands out for its ability to combine the efforts of different administrations, public services and notaries, thereby reducing file processing times and offering citizens a transparent digital experience, the press release states.
Please note that as of May 31, 2024 at 2:27 p.m., more than 75,836 requests have been received via the platform, including 23% from Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRE).
The MATNUHPV also received the “OPEN DATA” Encouragement Prize, which aims at the structured opening of the ministry’s public data, via the regular feeding of the opendata.gov.ma platform and the ministry’s website with a range of data sets, in order to make the public information collected by the ministry accessible and usable.
This initiative aims to exploit data in favor of entrepreneurship and innovation.
This double success within Gitex Africa 2024, a flagship technological platform bringing together public and private institutions, innovators and startups, demonstrates “the strong commitment of Ms. Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, Minister of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Urban Policy and the components of the ministry, to place digitalization at the heart of its public policies and to offer modern and efficient public services to citizens”, concludes the press release.
